MLB Legend Kaat Has Strong Vermont Ties
On Monday, July 30th, Major League Baseball legend Jim Kaat was the guest of the Vermont Mountaineers. Kaat, who keeps a home in Vermont, has spent over 55 years in professional baseball. The southpaw played an astounding 25 seasons in the Majors, winning 283 games, 16 Gold Gloves and appearing in three All-Star games.
